PCI especially dedicated for ai lian...

Heheee..just finished to write the PCI for her.. This is what i write for her PCI.

Case issue No 1: Diarrhoea may due to improper diet.

Pharmacist recommendation: Suggest diet modification (eg: avoid oily, spicy foods).

Outcome: Patient refuse to listen as she believe that eat also die, dont eat also die so why not just eat and die.

Care issue No 2: Patient is using MDI for a few years.

Pharmacist recommendation: Review MDI technique.

Outcome: Patient refuse to listen as she CLAIMED that she can use MDI better than me...WTF!!!

Care issue NO 3: Patient insist to discharge because she want to eat satay in her friend's party.

Pharmacist recommendation: Advice the patient to eat satay when she is recover and advice her relatives to buy satah for her only when she discharge.

Outcome: Patient refuse to listen and she insisted to discharge at her own risk just because of the satay.

This is all based on a true story in hospital batu pahat..100% true story about a sexy PRP in hospital batu pahat.

This is the problems of PCI that is faced by a lot of pharmacist. Sigh.....This kind of patient is to stubborn!!! What can we do??? just BIARKAN DIA MATI...
hahaa... jk jk..how can we do this to ai lian.. we have so much fun because of her.
Damn.....have to do my case now....Arrr have to pass up 90 cases on march!!! END

Wad 4 Katil 1~~

Name: Lee Ai Lian

Age: 22
Gender: Extremely sexy female
Race: Chinese

DOA: 20/2/08

Chief complaint: diarrhoea, nausea and vomitting for 2 days.

Pass medical history: No known medical illness

Family History: Getting marriage with Mr Loh a few days ago on the red carpet in front of pharmacy deparment.

Diagnosus: AGE , hypocalcaemia and hypomagnesemia.

Discharge Date: 20/2/08, but is DISCHARGE AT YOUR OWN RISK due to the celebration of cha goh mei party tonight!!!! (-_-)

Yes, Ai lian is admitted to the wad yesterday. After Grace, she is the second PRP from IMU which is admitted to the wad and i think there is a trend for IMU PRP in HBP to admit to the wad (touch wood). So who is the next??? me? ai llyn or Kelvin?? Celina say probably we will see Kelvin in bersalin wad because of his stomach size. hahahaa!!!

Well....Ai lian is admitted to the wad due to diarrhoea. This is a bit funny but the DR just like her so much!!! He dont want to discharge her as he want to celebrate "chinese valentine" with her.

In order to rescue her out to celebrate Char go meh, we have to squeeze our brain to think a plan. At first, we plan to wear a lab coat and bring her out by a wheel chair. Just pretending we are DRs and want to send her to do some scanning. But in the end, this plan fail because we are too famous already. Almost all the nurse in the wad know Ai lian is a pharmacist and she dont want to stay in the wad. Since she is so famous, EXTRA CARE will be given to her.

So we ask some DRs to help and say she want to discharge at HER OWN RISK.
In the end, she admitted to the wad at around 2pm and discharge at 5pm. LOL!!!!

This is what we called PHARMACEUTICAL CARE!!!!

Still can laugh when the nurse is measuring her blood pressure. Sigh...really WASTING BED!!

Dr samuel: Really got no eye to see this patient. Faster discharge her lah!!

Anyway, Ai lian please take care of your health pls~~ Dont eat too many chinese new year biscuits in OPD lahh!!! Love you..muaksksks!!!

Wii madness!!!

This is a video taken while my two little cousin were playing wii. These two little kids are not dancing or kena elctric shock. Actually, they were playing boxing by using Wii.

Playing boxing by using wii is actually very simple, you just have to hold the controller in your hand and do some punching just like the real boxing. So all you have to do is do the punching pose. Hahaaa...i dont know what happen to my little cousin especially the smallest one in the video. He really look like he kena electric shock in the video and in the end he somemore want to punch my TV. Hehehee.....so my uncle have to stand in front of the Tv to protect my TV. He damn scared he will "punch" the TV.

hahaaaa....I think it is time for me to buy a wii in my batu pahat house. Hmm...and a PSP for me during night shift. Arrr...i got so many things have to buy!!! DAmn....have to work hard and save money now....

My LiTtLe BF!!

This is my little cousin from china. He is so cute just like his cousin. :P

I hope my future son will look like him also. Hmm...I heard a lot of people say the girls from china are all very fierce. I think i better introduce some malaysian girls for him before he got tortuned by china girls. Who shall i introduce??? Hmm...ai lian?? cannot la, she is too old already... Maybe celina's little cousin.....their age match!!!

Hehehee....he say he love me very much and he want to be my little BF!! He even told my sisters and my dad that he want to stay with me in malaysia and my father can take his ticket back to china. lol!!! But he is back now, back to china already. I am going to miss him.... :'(

During this CNY, his parents ask me to take him to cut off his hair into botak. But in the end, i ask the person to make his hair become FASHION!!!Wahahhaaaa....This is the photo taken after haircut....Nice right???

HapPy ChiNeSe neW YeAr!!!!

Yo~~Gong xi, Gong xi!!happy chinese new year!!! This is my first chinese new year after i came back from UK. Hehehe, i like chinese new year!!! Lots of foods, drinks, sweets, chocolate and angpao!!! Arrr...I am going to become FAT!!! Going to take some frusemide plus bisacodly after new year to keep fit. A few days ago, our pengarah decided to held a decoration competition for all the department for chinese new year. so i am proudly to present the decoration for pharmacy unit for chinese new year!!!!! This is nice right?? We use around 5 hours to decorate ler!!!dont play play arrr...
